We try to find as much information as possible about each item to ensure its authenticity. ✨ All items are at least 45 years old or more; therefore, they may show signs of wear. We carefully restore each item as much as possible to fix tears, moth holes, missing buttons, loose threads, staining, and wear. Any other flaws are photographed and disclosed in the item description. Vintage Condition Descriptions:Perfect: Essentially unworn with no wear, both inside and out. Excellent: Pre-worn but with no visible flaws or wear.Good: Restoration was done by the team here at Lavinia Vintage. There may be evidence of said restoration, however, the item is able to be worn on a regular basis.Acceptable: The garment has some signs of wear. It can be worn a few times but will need proper storage and additional repair to extend its life. Fair: Has some irreparable damage, but may be valuable to a collector or for display. The item will shred if attempted to be worn.

Please read the full description before purchasing. ✨ Lavinia Vintage does not offer refunds. ✨ Customers are elligable for store credit if the item is returned undamaged, and in the same condition it was in when it was shipped. ✨All items are shipped out within 48 hours unless expedited shipping was added to the order. You will receive an email with your tracking number. ✨Please make sure all shipping information was correct before placing the order. After it is shipped, the information cannot be changed. ✨Lavinia Vintage is not responsible for delayed, damaged or lost packages. ✨Custom fees must be paid by the customer. ✨If items are returned to us, we will email you to make sure all shipping information is correct.

✨ If you would like to put an item on layway, please email info@laviniavintage.com with the request. ✨ To secure your layaway, we ask for a 50% downpayament paid via paypal. The remainder of the payment must be made within 30 days of the original purchase. ✨ We will send email reminders every 10 days. Failure to pay the remaining balance by the end of the 30 days will result in forfeiture of your item. ✨ Layway deposits are non refundable.

✨ All measurements are taken in both centimeters and inches. ✨ Most vintage clothing is not stretchy and may be more prone to tearing. Please ensure that they fit your body with a few centimeters of give before purchasing, so as not to damage the item.
